Features:

Information Reporting: Standard information reporting provides our business customers with balance and transactional information on all of their accounts. Balances and float information are presented with live feeds from the depository system updating most information including incoming wire transfers as soon as transactions occur. Use one of our standard reports or save your own custom ones as a Quicklink for future reference. Filter, sort and search transactions to quickly find those that are critical to your business. Export information in CSV (spreadsheet) or BAI2 file formats.

Check Imaging: Online images of your paid checks are available as soon as they are processed. Paid check imaging is included with all Information Reporting Packages. Images are available for up to 45 days and may be downloaded if desired. Ask your banker about CD-ROM check imaging for the most convenient way to get your checks and checking account statements delivered and saved electronically.

Express Transfer: Have more than one account with us? Move your money in real time between two accounts with Express Transfer. Funds move immediately upon initiation of the transfer and can be seen in your balances as soon as the request is made. Most banks make you wait until tomorrow to see the results of your transfer, but with Express Transfer there’s no waiting – no worries.

Bill Payment: Use Business Express to pay anyone to whom you owe money using our Bill Payment service. If the recipient is eligible to receive the payment electronically, we will do so on your behalf. If not, we will mail the check for you – no stamp needed. Simple, easy, fast.

Stop Payment: Place stop payments immediately with our real time interface to your accounts. When doing so, Business Express will automatically verify whether the check has cleared within the 45 days of account history maintained in the system. If the check has cleared, an image of the item will be displayed for your convenience.

Loan Information: If your business has a commercial loan with us, get in depth information about your loan since its inception and make payments directly through Business Express.

ACH Collection and Payment: (Requires ACH Risk Approval) Send Direct Deposit or other payments or pull funds electronically from/to accounts at any financial institution in the country with the written agreement of the account holder. Set up your transactions once with a default dollar amount and never have to key information in again. ACH Transfers have never been this easy before.

Premium Information Reporting: Information beyond the basics is provided with Premium Information Reporting. All the transactions, balance and float information with live updates during the day are still there. Find additional information at-a-glance on your main balance screen including preliminary and final Controlled Disbursement totals. Get Controlled Disbursement individual check clearing details every afternoon.

Book Transfer: Sometimes one transfer just isn’t enough. If the nature of your business involves moving money frequently between more than one account held at our bank, then our Book Transfer service can accelerate your workflow. Move funds quickly from one account to many accounts or from many accounts to one account. Book Transfers happen in real time and are immediately reflected in your balances.

Report Download: The pace of business today dictates that you need your banking information now rather than later. No more waiting for the mail to get your periodic reports from the bank. These reports are just a mouse click away from being downloaded onto your computer and available to import into your software: Checking Account Statement, ACH Returns Report, Account Reconciliation Statements and EDI Translated information.

File Upload: The most convenient method of transmitting your NACHA formatted ACH Transfer file or Account Reconciliation Check Issue files to the bank. Wire Transfer: When you need to send a wire to your regular business partners, send it quickly and easily with our Wire Transfer service in Business Express. Let us know your Confirm incoming or outgoing wires immediately upon our receipt of verification from the Federal Reserve by checking our real-time transactional information reporting.

Security: Nothing is more important than the privacy and security of your banking information. One administrator in your company has control over all other users privileges. Each user can be authorized to see and do only what you choose. Dual authorization capabilities can require all funds movement to be input by one user and approved by another before being submitted for processing.
